Last week we decided to make some Muffins. Never made them before. I think we opened Pandora’s Biscuit Box now. They are sooo yummy!
First we started with some Vanilla Muffins with Chocolate Chips.

Double Chocolate Muffins
Ah, better. But they are not so soft and juicy as they should be. Not bad, but could be better. So: Google me an all american Muffin recipe. Oil instead of butter? Ok, lets try…
Cranberry Muffins
Almost perfect! Juicy and soft. Need maybe to do some minor changes but I am already quite happy with the result. And they all tasted great. Therefore: this week Muffin Galore reloaded .
