My Brittany

Kirsten’s life “en Bretagne”

Ok, family is back to Germany. Although it is always nice to have family around one thing is fact: you get nothing done.

Therefore let me start with a review of this weekend. First we headed down to Rennes to visit IKEA. Of course we bought something. Will post about it because I think it is really handy.

After that we went to our favourite Asia Shop and bought some fresh noodles, coriander, mini pak choi, soy bean sprouts and a vitalising Ginseng drink that a korean student of mine recommended against spring tiredness. It seems to work. Will post about this, too.

Beef...

Beef...

For saturday I made a mix of minced meat, soy sprouts and pak choi flavoured with some finely chopped ginger and garlic, soy sauce and served with fresh coriander leaves and rice.

...and Porc.

...and Porc.

On sunday we had the same basis of soy sprouts and pak choi, this time with porc meat and asian noodles. The whole dish was also a pit more spicy as you can see by the little red devil on the plate :) .
